Cloud DVR: What is it?

Cloud DVR is a service that records television shows and stores the recordings on the provider's servers instead of a physical box in your home. This allows you to access recordings from multiple devices and often provides more storage and simultaneous recording options than a traditional DVR. Innovative - 5045 STB	The Innovative 5045 STB.
	The Amino Kamai 7XM is supported by the new software upgrade. This Set Top Box is still in active production and new TV features will continue to be available for this model in future upgrades.
	The Amino Amulet 7XM PVR is supported by the new software upgrade. This Set Top Box is still in active production and new TV features will continue to be available for this model in future upgrades. Please note: you will lose all your existing PVR recordings and your pre-scheduled recording preferences during the upgrade.
	The Amino Kamai 650M is supported by the new software upgrade. This Set Top Box model is no longer in production, but it has a great life expectancy and new TV features will continue to be available for this model in future upgrades.
	The Amino Amulet 655M PVR is supported by the new software upgrade. This Set Top Box model is no longer in production, but it has a great life expectancy and new TV features will continue to be available for this model in future upgrades. Please note: you will lose all your existing PVR recordings and your pre-scheduled recording preferences during the upgrade.
	The Entone Kamai 450 is supported by the new software upgrade. This set top box model is no longer in production and while it has a good life expectancy and all the latest features, new TV features may not be available for this model in future upgrades.
	The Entone Amulet 455M PVR is supported by the new software upgrade. This Set Top Box model is no longer in production and while it has a good life expectancy and all the latest features, new TV features may not be available for this model in future upgrades. Please note: you will lose all your existing PVR recordings and your pre-scheduled recording preferences during the upgrade.
Amino 140 Standard	The Amino Aminet 140 is supported by the new software upgrade. These units will be upgraded to the latest software version, however we will no longer be able to provide technical support on these devices after September 30, 2024. These STBs were only available for purchase until 2014, thus are over 10 years old. These devices should work on all channels, but will no longer be able to receive updates after November 15th. If you experience any issues with these STBs, you can reach out to HuronTel for basic troubleshooting, however you may want to consider upgrading to a newer model.
Amino 540 PVR	The Amino Aminet 540 PVR is supported by the new software upgrade. These units will be upgraded to the latest software version, however we will no longer be able to provide technical support on these devices after September 30, 2024. These STBs were only available for purchase until 2014, thus are over 10 years old. These devices should work on all channels, but will no longer be able to receive updates after November 15th. 	Eclypse Remote - $19.95 How to Program to a TV: Step 1: Press and hold the setup button until a mode button blinks twice (DVD, AUDIO, TV, STB). Step 2: Press the "TV" button. Step 3: Point the remote at the TV and hold the "OK" button until the TV turns off, then release OK.
	Entone URC Remote - Included with Set Top Box Rental How to Program to a TV: Step 1: Press and hold the "TV" button. After 5 seconds the button will stay lit. Step 2: Press the power button. Step 3: Hold the channel up until the TV turns off. Step 4: Press the "OK" button.
	Entone Nova Remote - Included with Set Top Box Rental How to Program to a TV: Step 1: Press and hold the setup button until a mode button blinks twice (TV, STB, DVD, AUX). Step 2: Press the "TV" button. Step 3: Point the remote at the TV and hold the "OK" button until the TV turns off, then release OK.
	Amino 140 Remote - Included with Set Top Box Rental How to Program to a TV: Step 1: Press and hold the "1" and "3" buttons until the "TV" button remains lit. Step 2: Point the remote at the TV and hold down the "TV" button until the TV turns off, then release the "TV" button. Step 3: Press and hold the "Text/Shift" and the "Stop" buttons at the same time until the "TV" button goes out.
	Pulse Remote - $14.95 How to Program to a TV: Step 1: Press and hold the "setup" button until the "TV" button blinks twice. Step 2: Hold the "OK" button until the TV turns off and release the "OK" button. All other functions are the same.

Q1: How do I set my Guide to show only Subscribed Channels?

Push Menu
Go to Settings
Go to Guide
Change Remember Channel Filter to YES
Push Save at the bottom.
Go to Guide
Push the Blue button to change the filter to “Showing Subscribed Channels” in the bottom left corner of the screen.
When you exit the guide, it will remember the last guide preference you had.
To get the guide back to “Subscribed Channels” push the BLUE BUTTON while the guide is open until it changes back to “Showing Subscribed Channels”.

Q2: How do I make a Favourites List?

Push Menu
Go to Settings
Go to Edit Favourites
Create your list
Push the Yellow button to rename your list
Push the Blue button to save your list
To make additional favourite lists push the right arrow
If you want to create a list to exclude some channels do the following:
- Once you’re on the page to create your list, select the channels you’d like to exclude
- Press the Green button
- Highlight “invert channels” and push OK
- Go to “Save List” and push OK
- Name your favourites list
- Go to submit and push OK

Q3: How do I access my Recordings?

Push Menu
Go to Recordings push OK
Go to Current push OK
Go to Recordings push OK
Your List should pop up with your current recordings

Q4: How do I set the Guide to close after I choose a program to watch?

Push Menu
Go to Settings
Go to Guide
Change "After Changing Channel" to "Close Guide".
Push Save at the bottom.
Go to Guide hightlight the desired show and press OK, the show will start and the Guide will close.
